I grew up in a family of educators and small business owners, and I’ve spent my career working alongside local entrepreneurs. The Chamber is in a healthy position with strong community support. My role is to provide steady leadership, build on that foundation, and help guide the organization toward long-term growth and greater impact for our members.”

Matthew shared that his early priorities will focus on listening, learning, and building strong partnerships. He will work closely with Chamber staff, consultants, the Board of Directors, and community partners to move the organization forward with clarity and collaboration.
