Sullivan County Chamber Announces 2026 Annual Awards Gala Winners

Six awards honor those strengthening Sullivan County’s future

Monticello, NY, September 18, 2026 – The Sullivan County Chamber of Commerce & Industry has announced the recipients of its Your Partner for Success 2026 Annual Awards Gala, recognizing individuals, businesses, and organizations making meaningful contributions to Sullivan County’s business community and quality of life.

This year’s awards introduce a new format built around six different ways people and organizations contribute to the success of the county, from partnership and leadership to small business, community service, philanthropy, and economic impact.

“Success doesn’t happen one way,” said Matthew Sush, President & CEO of the Sullivan County Chamber of Commerce & Industry. “It happens when people connect, inspire others, grow businesses, strengthen communities, sustain important work, and ultimately build something that creates opportunities for others. That is what these awards are about.”

The 2026 Award Recipients

Connecting Success: Partnership Excellence Award: Wurtsboro Board of Trade

Recognizing the power of partnership and the people and organizations that bring businesses, 

organizations, and opportunities together.

Inspiring Success: Emerging Leader Award: Alyssa Wowk, Children’s Home of Wyoming Conference and Lourdesa Hunt, Bold Gold Media

This year’s award recognizes two individuals who are connecting today’s leadership to tomorrow’s 

possibilities thought their work, leadership, and involvement in the community. 

Growing Success: Small Business of the Year: Liberty Blooms Florist & Gift Shop

Recognizing a small business whose commitment to customers, resilience, growth, and community 

involvement demonstrates the important role small businesses play in Sullivan County.

Strengthening Success: Community Champion Award: Paul Ciliberto, Bold Gold Media

Recognizing an individual whose commitment to service and community involvement helps strengthen Sullivan County and the people who call it home.

Sustaining Success: Philanthropic Impact Award, Presented by Resorts World Catskills: Community Foundation of Orange, Sullivan & Rockland

Recognizing philanthropic leadership that connects resources with organizations, causes, and communities to create lasting impact.

Building Success: Economic Impact Award: Prestige Towing & Recovery

The culminating award recognizes a business whose investment, employment, services, and continued growth contribute directly to the strength and future of Sullivan County’s economy. Together, the six awards tell a larger story of what success looks like across Sullivan County: Connect. Inspire. Grow. Strengthen. Sustain. Build.

This year’s honorees will be celebrated at the Your Partner for Success Annual Awards Gala on Thursday, November 12, 2026, at Villa Roma Resort in Callicoon. Tickets are $125 per person.
