Keystone Associates Partner Elected Vice President of Regional Surveying Association

Binghamton, New York—January 12, 2026—Keystone Associates Architects, Engineers and Surveyors, LLC, is pleased to announce that partner Mark Rowe, P.L.S., has been elected vice president of the Southern Tier Association of Land Surveyors (STALS). The association strengthens the surveying profession through education, skill development, and collaborative initiatives.

Mark brings more than fifteen years of experience to the position. He is an active member of the New York State Association of Professional Land Surveyors (NYSAPLS) and the Pennsylvania Society of Land Surveyors (PSLS). He has built a strong reputation for technical skill, teamwork, and industry involvement.
