SUNY Sullivan is now accepting applications for their upcoming Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training program, designed to prepare participants with the essential skills needed to excel in healthcare settings.
Program Highlights:
- Hands-on training in patient care, including personal hygiene, mobility, nutrition, and more
- Classroom instruction combined with supervised clinical rotations
- Preparation to sit for the state certification exam for CNAs
Next Class Details:
Dates: May 4, 2026 – July 13, 2026
Schedule: Evenings (Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM) and Fridays (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM)
Location: SUNY Sullivan Main Campus and clinical sites
Eligibility Requirements:
- 18+ years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass background check, fingerprinting, and drug testing
- Valid NYS driver’s license and reliable transportation
Funding assistance may be available for eligible participants through the Sullivan County Center for Workforce Development.
