Sullivan Catskills Visitors Association Announces Annual Meeting at Bethel Woods on December 18th
Liberty, NY (October 7, 2025) – The Sullivan Catskills Visitors Association (SCVA) is proud to announce its upcoming Annual Meeting, to be held on Thursday, December 18, 2025, at Bethel Woods Center for the Arts. This signature event aims to bring together community members, tourism partners, and residents to celebrate another successful year and recognize outstanding contributions to Sullivan County’s tourism industry.
The event will take place from 5:15 PM until 8:30 PM, where guests will enjoy hors d’oeuvres, a complimentary drink ticket, live music by four-piece band, The Heartstrings Project and dinner before a special presentation of “The New Path Forward” by SCVA President & CEO, Michael Martelon. As part of this presentation, attendees will receive an exclusive first look at the brand-new Sullivan Catskills Travel Guide, the redesigned website, and refreshed branding, marking an exciting new chapter in how the Sullivan Catskills will be showcased from this point forward.
Following the presentation, SCVA will proudly present the 2025 Tourism Excellence Awards, recognizing businesses and individuals who have made a significant impact in promoting and elevating the Sullivan Catskills region. Recipients of the awards will receive gifts ranging from an honorary grant to box seats at Bethel Woods Center for the Arts.

Each Sullivan County business will have two complimentary tickets to attend the Annual Meeting, with additional tickets available at $75 per person. Despite the first two tickets being free, attendees still must register in order to attend the event as there is a limited number of tickets available.
