Location: Orange and Rockland Counties
Pay: $19 to 26 hourly, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, day shift

We are hiring dependable and motivated Manufacturing / Production Associates to support hands-on production, assembly, and general manufacturing operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in quality work, and wants to grow within a manufacturing environment.

No prior manufacturing experience is required for some openings, although experience using basic hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, or working in assembly is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily production and assembly operations
• Assemble parts, components, sections, or finished products
• Use hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and other production equipment
• Measure materials accurately and read a ruler
• Perform basic math, including calculating square footage when needed
• Install, fasten, align, connect, cut, shape, sand, glue, paint, or package product parts
• Electro-mechanical assembles, panel building, contactor or PLC assembly, reading schematics, etc.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; required for some positions
• Ability to read a ruler accurately
• Basic math skills required
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. as needed
• Comfortable working in a hands-on production environment

Preferred Experience

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or assembly experience
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, or pneumatic tools
• Experience with measuring, cutting, fastening, wiring, soldering, crimping, sanding, painting, gluing, or shaping materials
• At least 3 years of manufacturing assembly experience is a plus for certain roles
