The Director of Human Resources provides strategic leadership and hands-on oversight of all HR domains—talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits, HRIS/analytics, performance management, and workforce planning—to build organizational capacity and ensure regulatory compliance within the NYS I/DD context. The role drives employee engagement and retention, strengthens an inclusive culture, and equips leaders with systems, policies, and coaching to deliver excellent services. Salary for this position is $125,000.00.
