Salary: $20 to$25 hourly, based on experience/qualifications

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday opportunities available

Location: On-site positions available throughout the Hudson Valley

We are seeking organized, customer-focused, and detail-oriented professionals to join our team in a variety of Administrative, Front Desk, Office Support, and Client Services roles. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors, clients, customers, and guests in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and events
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation
  • Perform data entry and administrative support tasks
  • Process payments, invoices, and account information
  • Assist with bookkeeping and QuickBooks-related functions
  • Support internal teams with projects, reporting, and operational tasks
  • Prepare correspondence, letters, forms, and other business documents

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) preferred
  • Previous administrative, reception, office support, healthcare, insurance, or customer service experience preferred

Preferred Experience

  • QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience
  • Scheduling and calendar management
  • Billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable support
  • Event coordination
  • Healthcare, insurance, nonprofit, or professional services environments
  • Client-facing customer service roles
