SULLIVAN PUBLIC LIBRARY ALLIANCE HOSTS SULLIVAN COUNTY YOUTH BOOK FESTIVAL IN MONTICELLO THIS SPRING
The Sullivan County Youth Book Festival will take place Sunday, May 19th, 2024 from 10:00 am—3:00 pm on the grounds of the Ethelbert B. Crawford Public Library. We will welcome 33 authors and illustrators of books for infants through young adults. Visitors will have the opportunity to meet talented book creators and purchase books. There will be free entertainment throughout the day including musical guests, crafts, face painting, character meet and greets, stilt performers, and more. The award ceremony for the Sullivan County BOCES Cross County Reading Challenge will take place midday. All are welcome to join us for a day to celebrate literacy and books.

This event will take place rain or shine under the big tent that will be set up in the library parking lot at the Ethelbert B. Crawford Public Library located at 479 Broadway in Monticello, NY. Parking will be available at any of the municipal lots along Broadway.
