2025 FESTIVAL SCHEDULE
Harvest Festival
Sundays, August 31 – October 5
11AM-4PM
The 27th annual Harvest Festival features vendors from the local community, the surrounding Catskills, and the greater upstate NY region. This Sullivan County staple offers live music, food trucks, beer garden, a corn maze, weekly activations, and more!
Peace, Love & Pumpkins
Fridays & Saturdays, October 10-11; 17-18; 24-25
6PM – 9PM
The Night Market is perfectly situated at the beginning of the Peace, Love & Pumpkins route as patrons begin their spooky, Halloween walk-thru experience.
Holiday Market*
Friday – Sunday, November 28-30

Our large-scale Holiday Market operates over the three days following Thanksgiving and marks the beginning of our annual Peace, Love & Lights event! The market takes place in The Event Gallery & Market Sheds on the Bethel Woods upper campus.
*Please note: We do not review Holiday Market applications until late summer / early fall. Therefore, please do not anticipate a response until later on in the season.
Holiday Market Pop-Ups at Peace, Love & Lights*

Holiday Market Pop-ups help last-minute shoppers find the perfect gift duringPeace, Love & Light. A curated selection of approximately 20 craft and specialty vendors set up in the Market Shed, creating a unique shopping experience for visitors to the drive-thru light show. Other attractions include photo ops, fire pits, food and drinks, and live music.

As a reminder, please make your event date selections thoughtfully.
Applications are reviewed & approved on a rolling basis beginning in early March.
If you are officially approved for any festival date (meaning you have received an official approval email or letter), you have committed to participating and are expected to be present on said date, unless Bethel Woods has emailed otherwise. If you have been officially approved for any festival date and no longer wish to participate, you must notify us in writing by email to festivals@bethelwoodscenter.org.
INSTRUCTIONS TO ACCESS THE ONLINE APPLICATION
Step 1: If you are receiving this email, you already have an account in the Vendor portal. Simply log in and click “View/Edit My Registration” to begin the application process.
Step 2: Once you have completed Step 1, return to your homepage and click “Request Events.”
Step 3: While in the “Request Events” page, select all dates you wish to apply for by clicking the blue “Select” button on the left-hand side of the screen. When you are finished selecting dates, click the Home button in the upper left-hand side of the screen to return to the homepage.
Step 4: You have now completed the application process and will be provided with payment directions if or when you are approved.
