KEYSTONE ASSOCIATES NAMES MARK ROWE, PLS, AS PARTNER

Binghamton, New York—October 10, 2024—Keystone Associates Architects, Engineers and Surveyors, LLC (Keystone), is pleased to announce that Mark Rowe, PLS, has become a partner at the firm. Mark has been a valued member of Keystone for the past six years and has made significant contributions to the Survey Department.

Mark brings over 14 years of extensive experience in managing survey projects for both public and private sectors. As a registered Professional Land Surveyor in New York State and an Associate Member of the New York State Association of Professional Land Surveyors (NYSAPLS), Mark brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his new role.
