The Frost Valley YMCA mission is to put Judeo Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all.
Frost Valley YMCA is a leader in outdoor recreation, experiential and environmental education, and camping and retreats. We serve children, families, and groups in our four season camps, retreats, and school programs. Our values—Caring, Community, Diversity, Honesty, Inclusiveness, Respect, Responsibility, and Stewardship—are the foundation of all we do.
