Welcome to an introduction of the services that Collier Construction offers. We can act as either your General Contractor (GC) or Construction Manager (CM). As a GC, we offer a lump sum bid based on the construction documents prepared by your consultants. In this role, the majority of our involvement is in the construction phase of your project. As a CM, we are an extension of your organization. We can enter the process as early as site selection and assist you well after your project is completed. Based your specific needs, we will create a customized package of services that best fits your organization.
