Wild Ramp Festival

Spring is a great time in the Catskills, where wild ramps or as some may call them wild leeks grow and are ripe for the picking come the end of April and early May. We have some of the best right here in Roscoe’s back yard and what better way to celebrate then a Spring Flavor Festival and Market! The Festival will highlight wild ramps with several local farmers and vendors setup to sell ramps and other local products. There will also be local chef’s showing off some of their amazing dishes that feature the delicious wild ramps. We will have live music, vendors to shop from, craft beer, food and featured chefs and farmers that will give presentations on finding, harvesting and enjoying wild ramps. Families can enjoy all the festivities as well as shopping from our areas amazing farmers and crafters.
