Join the Sullivan County Chamber of Commerce for the Ribbon Cutting of the new Roscoe Medicine Shoppe in Roscoe, NY on Tuesday, April 2^nd, 2013 at 12:00pm.

They will also be launching a Medication Therapy Management (MTM) program that eligible patients may elect to enroll in.  Medicine grows more and more complex with each passing year; a patient’s medication profile also tends to grow as they age or endure illness.  Therefore, their MTM program is designed to facilitate effective patient-pharmacist communication by allowing the patient to schedule an appointment to meet one-on-one with their pharmacist to provide education about their medications, alternative therapies, possible side effects, potential interactions, disease prevention, safe use of vitamins, dietary supplements, and herbal products, and other helpful recommendations.  The pharmacist will also communicate with the patient’s physician to achieve a more synergistic model of care for the patient.
