Grand Opening of New Vietnamese Restaurant in Sullivan County WHO: The Sullivan County Chamber of Commerce will celebrate the grand opening and ribbon cutting of Owner Nhi Nguyen's Vietnamese restaurant, Bà & M?, located in Callicoon, New York in Sullivan County. WHAT: Bà & M? is the first Vietnamese restaurant in Sullivan County and will serve home made Vietnamese banh mi sandwiches, vermicelli bowls, rice bowls, summer rolls and more. Whenever possible, the small and seasonal menu includes the freshest ingredients from local farms and purveyors. Bà & M? offers quality meats that are locally or naturally raised and free of antibiotics and hormones.
