Hell Chicken at Catskills' New Callicoon Hills Hotel
Callicoon Hills and Post Company present a slow smoked and fired roasted chicken dinner made by Chef Lee Desrosiers. Dinner will be served in a casual setting starting at 6pm, with service rolling throughout the evening, so feel free to arrive any time between 6 and 9pm. Tickets include a quarter chicken, rice & schmaltz plus seasonal vegetable sides, one cocktail, and gratuity. Additional specialty cocktails, beer, and wine will be available for purchase.
