Nature Lounge and Restaurant Reopens its Doors
Contributing to the Revitalization and Growth of Broadway in Monticello
Ribbon Cutting - Wednesday, May 27, 2015 at Noon
For Immediate Release: Monday, May 18, 2015 (Monticello, NY): Nature Lounge and Restaurant, located at 436 Broadway in Monticello at the corner of Landfield Ave. has reopened its doors after 3 years, contributing to the growth and revitalization of businesses on Broadway. Nature Lounge and Restaurant will be serving lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch. The trendy, yet inexpensive restaurant offers a variety of seafood dishes, burgers, steaks, salads and twists on some American classics. The Sunday brunch menu offers a diverse list of regulars to creations such as cheesecake stuffed french toast, already a favorite. The crab cakes from the appetizer section have already become a hit, bringing customers to return for another! It will be the only restaurant around offering a variety of fondue. Guests have the option of dining in the main dining room, lounge area or beautiful, renovated outdoor garden.
Nature Lounge and Restaurant will be managed by owner Mark Vrancich. Their renowned chef, has run kitchens in some of the highest end restaurants in the country and worked alongside celebrity chefs Gordon Ramsay and Daniel Boulud. Hours of business: Tuesday- Saturday 11:30 to 10pm (later on weekends) and Sunday brunch 11:00am to 2:00pm. There will be regular menu specials as well as bar specials including “Taco Tuesday” that will include $2 tacos and drinks specials on Margaritas and Corona. Happy Hour will run Wednesday-Friday from 4:00pm to 7:00pm. There will be live music Saturdays during the summer. The venue is also available to rent for private parties.
“We’re happy to be involved in the growth of our community and have another place for people in Monticello and beyond to be able to go to for a relaxing meal and drinks. We’re hoping to have the support of the community so, together, we can bring Broadway back to life,” says Vrancich, who initially opened the place 10 years ago with his brother, Scott.
While the restaurant has already opened, join the Sullivan County Chamber of Commerce for the official ribbon cutting will be Wednesday, May 27th at 12:15pm. Guests will receive free samples from the menu.
