Chant and Flow

This practice, taught by Erin Dudley, combines sound, breath and movement to encourage mental focus and thought re-patterning, by tapping into the parasympathetic nervous system to reduce stress, anxiety and depression. You will learn a Vedic chant and incorporate it into an asana practice.
