Chair Yoga with Justine V. Sutherland
Strengthen and stretch your body while developing a sense of ease in your mind. Sitting down all day doesn’t mean you can’t remain active from your seat. Practicing these poses and sequences at your desk will help you relieve tension, stretch out your kinks and refresh. An introduction to chair yoga will focus on connecting movement to breath in both seated and standing postures.
