Join the Sullivan County Chamber of Commerce, Bethel Business Association and Town of Bethel for the Ribbon Cutting of the new location of Big Kev’s BBQ in White Lake, NY on Friday, July 19^th, 2013 at 4:00pm. 

Big Kev’s BBQ, located on the corner of Royce Road and 17B, is locally owned and operated by Kevin and Donovan Monahan, sons of Vietnam veteran and longtime Bethel resident Kevin Monahan Sr. Originally opened in the summer of 2010, Big Kev’s BBQ has made quite the expansion – growing from one trailer to two, offering full on and offsite catering and now opening their own location.  They have built quite a good following and reputation for themselves in just a few short seasons. They have competed in several BBQ competitions and have come home with awards to complement their exceptional BBQ; proudly bringing home 2^nd place for Best Ribs at Hudson Valley Rib fest in 2012.

Big Kev’s BBQ is open Wednesday through Sunday from May-November from the hours of 11am until sell out. They offer ribs, pulled pork, beef brisket and chicken; which are complimented with homemade BBQ sauces, baked beans and cole slaw.  It is recommended that you call ahead to ensure your favorite item is still available upon arrival. Donovan and Kevin are more than happy to put aside your order and make sure it’s just coming off the smoker, hot and ready for you in time for pick up.

In November, they offer an opportunity to special order a Thanksgiving bird for your big feast. They also offer catering and in addition, have recently added Whole Hogs to the menu.
