Allyson Whitney 5k Run/Walk
An awesome day to run or walk to honor those who fight, who survived or to honor those passed from cancer. Start with a nosh of bagels, fruit & coffee in the morning to a BBQ lunch, raffles, swag, face painting, family, friends, community and YOU making a true difference to young adults battling cancer. The Allyson Whitney Foundation awards 'Life Interrupted Grants' and distributes HOPE comfort bags to local hospital infusion suites. A timed, certified course. Cash prizes for top overall winners, prizes for each age category. Every year, we honor one local warrior battling. An ALL volunteer team and a 501 c 3 charity.
