The mission of The Arc Greater Hudson Valley is supporting people with unique abilities to live as valued and contributing members of the community.
The Arc Greater Hudson Valley, a chapter of The Arc NY, is a not-for-profit agency dedicated to providing supports to over 2,000 people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families in Sullivan, Orange and Dutchess Counties. As part of this larger statewide organization, The Arc Greater Hudson Valley is able to draw on a rich network of expertise and statewide resources to ensure the highest quality services for the people we serve. We are accredited by and embrace the standards of The Council on Quality and Leadership, an organization that emphasizes providing person-centered, quality support. We recognize the individuality of the people we support and provide services based on our Core Values, which empower and enable the people we support to live meaningful and purposeful lives.
