Tai Chi harmonizes the breath, physical movement, concentration, and visual focus to cultivate the inner energy or life force. The Yang style 24-form of Tai Chi is the most popular form of Tai Chi worldwide. It can be learned and practiced by anyone at any fitness level—though it is necessary to be able to stand and walk. There is growing evidence that this mind-body practice has value in treating or preventing health problems, such as arthritis and chronic pain. It also reduces nervousness, while it increases the size of the intelligent forebrain! No experience necessary.
