Media contact: Dan Rigney 845 482 4141 or manager@wjffradio.org August 7, 2018, Jeffersonville, NY --WJFF Radio Catskill, community public radio for Sullivan County, Northeast Pennsylvania and the Catskills, will hold a fundraising auction on August 25 at the Western Supper Club and Inn, the beautifully renovated 1852 hotel in Callicoon, NY. Doors open at 3pm with a live auction beginning at 5pm. The eclectic collection of items includes Catskills and Delaware River area experiences from fly fishing instruction, a private guided nature walk to stays at charming B&Bs, wine tastings, cooking lessons, gourmet dinners, artworks, design objects, and much more. Auctioneer for the evening will be Greg Triggs, entertainer and host of the “Travels with Triggs” segments heard on WJFF’s “Catskill Character” program. Station Manager Dan Rigney invites listeners and future listeners to mix and mingle and join the fun while supporting their local public radio station. “Bid high for WJFF!” he says.
