Untouchables Boxing
Founded in 1986 by professional boxing and fitness expert Jose Toledo, Untouchables Boxing offers high-intensity interval training (HIIT) designed for all ages and fitness levels. With a focus on combining science-backed techniques and cutting-edge technology, our pro boxing HIIT sessions cater to individual health goals, delivering explosive workouts that challenge both advanced and moderate participants.
Our program blends cardio with resistance training, targeting various energy systems and muscle groups daily. This diverse approach enhances movement patterns, promotes fat loss, and builds lean muscle.
At Untouchables, members experience top-tier workouts by utilizing state-of-the-art equipment, including barbells, kettlebells, slamballs, plyometric boxes, battle ropes, and resistance bands. Our interval boxing routines are designed to torch calories, tone muscles, and boost confidence.
We offer a wide range of options, from personal one-on-one sessions, group classes, and kids' programs to private group sessions and more, ensuring everyone can achieve their fitness goals in a dynamic and supportive environment.
