Jeffersonville's Maple Syrup Festival
Come learn about NYS local maple syrup, products and how syrup is made! We kick off the day with a 5K Sap Run that finishes in the park. Eat delicious sausage and pancakes in the park served with fresh local syrup. Kids can learn to tap a tree plus many more fun activities, live maple candy making demonstration, pancake eating contest, live music, unique vendors and much more.
