Holistic, or systems thinking, is an approach that was designed to help business leaders view and understand the structure, process, functions, and contexts of organizations as well as the environments in which they exist. In this special session, we will investigate the foundation and models of systems theory. We will also discuss how to apply aspects of systems theory when practicing holistic leadership in today’s environment of change and transformation.
