Holiday Market 2020

Catskills Curated invites you to the Holiday Market 2020 featuring regional Artists, Artisans, Makers and Craftsmen! Get out of the house, get some fresh air, see your neighbors (at a 6 foot distance of course) and shop local and locally made! The Holiday Market 2020 at The Narrowsburg Union will run for four weeks on weekends, and consist of three days each week, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, beginning the day after Thanksgiving. The Holiday Market will take place in Delaware Hall, a 4,500 square foot event space, on the dates and times listed above. We are still taking Maker registrations for the Market, so please check back later to see when your favorite local Makers will be selling at the Holiday Market 2020. Gift wrapping services and shipping services will be available at Union Works Print Pack Ship, located in Suite 101 in The Union. Food service will be available on the Patio and in the Food Hall. COVID-19 Precautions In accordance with NYS guidelines, the total number of individuals at any time in Delaware Hall (remember, this is a large 4,500 square foot space) will be limited to no more than 50. On each Holiday Market day, there will be 10 Makers and no more than 40 shoppers in Delaware Hall at any time. Maker tables will be set up to provide for social distancing between tables. The entrance and exit to The Holiday Market will be manned to monitor and control the number of shoppers in Delaware Hall, and there will be a directional flow plan to assist with everyone’s safe movement in, through and out of The Union. Hand washing and sanitizing stations will be available, and masks will be required to be worn by everyone over the age of 2 at all times while inside The Union. Call For Artists, Artisans, Makers and Craftsmen Information and Registration Makers can register for a three day space, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, which provides 18 hours in total of selling time. The registration fee is $100 per Maker for the entire three day weekend. Please provide first, second and third choices of Holiday Markets. We would like to give every Maker who registers a chance to participate in at least one of the four Holiday Markets. If Market spots remain open after assigning one Market to all Maker registrations, we will circle back to offer Makers a second (or third) three day Market space. We will attempt to curate the selection of Makers on any particular weekend, so that Makers with similar goods are not selling at the same Market. Each Makers will have a space approximately 10’ wide by 5’ deep, with a divider between each vendor. Makers can leave their goods in their stall overnight, but are responsible to secure their goods in locked containers. Maker setup hours are 3pm to 7pm Thursdays and 9am to 11pm Fridays. Maker takedown hours are 4pm to 6pm Sundays and 9am to noon Mondays. Makers must provide their own tables. Registration fee is non-refundable.
