In celebration of Juneteenth, a federal holiday that commemorates the emancipation of African-American slaves, and celebrates black culture, join human rights activist and Farm Arts Collective performer & Board Member Adrienne Jensen in a vegan soul food cooking class. Adrienne will share her favorite traditional recipes cooked with a vegetable-forward ingredient list purchased from the Narrowsburg Farmers’ Market. Help Adrienne prepare black-eyed peas, collard greens, and her version of traditional meat dishes using mushrooms. Learn recipes, eat together, and learn more about Adrienne, Juneteenth, and the struggle for freedom. This workshop is free. Donations are greatly appreciated
