Presenter:  Myriam Bouchard, MBA, is a Certified Business Advisor at the Mid-Hudson Small Business Development Center. Throughout her career, she has helped hundreds of organizations in various business stages. A dedicated strategist, she brings methodology and forward-thinking, addressing the minutiae of day-to-day operations while keeping in mind the end goal. She uses a lifetime of experience in her advising work, whether it is reviewing a profit and loss statement to help with cash flow issues or discussing marketing and pricing strategies to increase revenues.
