Description
Join us for a Public Open House to learn about progress on two projects along NYS Route 17 between Exits 103 and 107 in Sullivan County. The projects include interchange upgrades to Exits 103, 104, and 107 and enhancements to the NYS Route 17 mainline. Representatives from the New York State Department of Transportation will be available to provide information, answer questions, and gather feedback.

Meeting Format
Open House
Project representatives will be available to discuss questions and concerns from the community about proposed upgrades. There will be no formal presentation, but project staff will have illustrative boards available for public review. After the meeting, the presentation materials will be posted to the project websites at: https://www.route17.dot.ny.gov/#/exits-103-104 and https://www.route17.dot.ny.gov/#/exit-107.
Although we welcome comments at any time, in the interest of maintaining the project schedule, we would appreciate comments in response to this meeting by January 8, 2026.
